My blog does not have any backlinks from a website with a pagerank of 7. Now it has, I purchased a link on Text Link Ads text link ads for $ 125. My link will be live on a site with pagerank 7 and with more than 88,000 backlinks. My link will be published on more than 1500 pages.
This is my first paid advertising I am doing for my blog. If you think I paid $ 125, than you are wrong. I used the $100 in free links. So I paid $ 25 for this pagerank 7 link. Good deal in my opinion.
Now lets see if this really helps me. If it brings me in traffic, or not. The text link is for 1 month, and I am not planning to give it a second month on the site because of the high pricing.

In the last PR update my blog moved to a PR4, so you got that link for free, I’d say that is worth it!
Anyway, I let us know what google analytics reports with this, I am curious, because I may do the same thing.

I do not know what to expect from this purchased link. but the value was 125 dollar, so it must be good.

Does the statistics show any positive results? How many extra visitors a day do you have from that website?
As for 125$, it was for one month, right? Seems expensive, yet 25$ is a realy good deal.

To get maximum benefit from this, you need to make sure your link’s anchor text is the same thing that you expect to someone to search for in the search engines and find your site.
