This post is a review about deeplink.us directory. The website of deeplink.us is clean and the usability is good. The design could be nicer though, but it is alright. It has a pagerank of 4 which is good to have if you own a web directory. It is not a normal directory, but a deep link directory. They will not publish any home page listings.
The importance of deep linking: Deep links are good for search engine optimization. It is better to have a mix of home page links on the web and deep links out on the web. Search engines will see this and rank your website higher. They think it is more important, because their are links pointing to it.
You all know I am a fan of web directories. I am sure I submitted this blog to more than 300 directories. It is time consuming but the benefits of it will come sooner than you think. Related: Why you should use web directories.

i have found that directories, no matter what type wont help seo. including dmoz.

I have to agree . . . signing up on directories is one of the must-dos in SEO
