What are your opinions about this blog. I can handle every comment, so please be honest. I know the blog is ready for a redesign, that will happen this or next month. But what would you like to see changed here? Managing a good site is all about making it 100 % comfortable for the visitor. If you can tell me what is wrong than I can change it. I would love to hear your opinion.
Branding:
A site its success is all about branding. How are you going to promote your site? What kind of visitors do you want to attract? These 2 questions are important to know before you start creating buzz for your website. I promoted the blog very much at different webmaster forums and social bookmarking sites. I even promoted it so much at digg that they banned me with url + ip. If I analyse my spamming now, I would do the same if I was digg 
Now I only submit stories to social sites if they are worth reading, and will attract possible new readers. I would like to hear how you brand your site and how you create the buzz you want.

My suggestions for you are:
Add some more color, and you may want to change the top image. Also, the green links are a little hard to find. You may want to underline them, then when you hover, don’t underline. You may also want to start breaking away from the John Chow like design.
How I promote:
I don’t do a lot now. I mostly just go to other blogs of the same niche and post comments. I have been in more of a PageRank building mode than readership building.

Yeh I’m totally going to change my blog up very soon here. Some changes you might be interested in:
-Change the grey and white background colors…kind of boreing to look at and doesn’t stand out from the other blogs that look similar to this.
-Change your top image: it’s pleasing to look at but it doesn’t stand out.
-Change your green links to something that is easier to see just like At The Bottom pointed out.
-Make your site more functionable: maybe add some polls or even add a blogcatalog widget.
-Add the alexa button that displays your alexa ranking. Whenever a visitor clicks that it counts towards your alexa rank.
Just throwing a few ideas out there but it’s your blog so you make the choice!

Definitely need a new look! I personally get tired of seeing the Mistylook theme everywhere. To me it makes a blogger seem like he/she is new to blogging, but we all know you aren’t!
Everything else seems great. Your post frequency seems to change sometimes. I remember reading a post that you said you wanted to make 2-3 updates a day, but some days I don’t see an update
I love reading your posts though!!

Add banners or advertisements on it, make it a 3 column blog and that will do the trick. Use the new column to add more things, icons and banners to help you make it look interesting and to add color to it. You can also provide advertising space in the new columns you introduce.
